On Saturday, April 1st, 2023, the Technical Meeting for the 2023 International Stock Portfolio Analysis Competition organized by the FE UNJ Investment Club took place. At 8:30 am, participants registered to attend the Technical Meeting through a registration link provided by the communication division. The Zoom meeting was opened by the Master of Ceremony at 9:00 am, allowing participants to join. The Technical Meeting began with an opening statement by the Master of Ceremony, Juliana Balqis, at 09:05 am, followed by a prayer and singing of the Indonesian national anthem at 09:07 am. After the opening remarks by the Master of Ceremony, the prayer and singing of the national anthem, the event continued with a speech by the Head of UNJ Investment Club, Mr. Muhammad Yusuf, SE., M.M., at 09:10 am. The event then proceeded with a speech by the CEO of the 2nd International Stock Portfolio Analysis 2023, Mr. Rajwa Rajendra Sudarsana.

Then, it continued with an explanation of the competition rules by the committees at 9:25 am until 9:45 am. After that, the Q&A session was opened at 09:46 am and lasted until 10:20 am, followed by documentation and closing.
