International Webinar yang mengusung tema “How to Encourage Students to Survive in Global Society” ini dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 13 Maret 2023 pukul 10.00 – 13. 00 WIB yang dilakukan online melalui Zoom Cloud Meetings Jakarta dengan total peserta 792 peserta baik peserta dari dalam maupun luar Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Adapun penyelenggara kegiatan webinar adalah Tim Program Studi Kependidikan, di antaranya: Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Akuntansi dan Pendidikan Bisnis.
Adapun MC dari acara tersebut adalah Diva Maharani yang merupakan mahasiswi S1 Pendidikan Akuntansi UNJ dan Moderator dari acara tersebut adalah Susan Febriantina yang merupakan dosen Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ. Dalam acara Internasional Webinar dibuka dengan pembacaan doa oleh Muhammad Bachryan Ihsan yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Akuntansi lalu dilanjutkan dengan pemutaran lagu Indonesia Raya, pemutaran video profile dari Hiroshima University dan Universitas Negeri Jakarta lalu dilanjutkan dengan sambutan yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. Ari Saptono, S.E., M.Pd., selaku Dekan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Speaker dalam acara tersebut yaitu Nakaya Ayami yang merupkana Professor of Philosophy in Education dari Hiroshima University.

Adapun materi yang disampaikan oleh Speaker dalam acara tersebut adalah mengenai “How To Encourage Students To Survive in Global Society” yang didalamnya membahas 5 topik antara lain: (1) Importance of Global Education in VUCA World toward Sustainability; (2) The Models Of Global Citizen; (3) Competencies necessary for “global talents” in the age of VUCA; (4) Strongness and Weakness of Global Competency of Highschool Students (Case of A Highschool in Japan); (5) How to improve Critical/Logical/innovative thinking with a wide perspective. Dimana kelima ini membahas tentang bagaimana para siswa bisa bertahan di dunia global saat ini.
Setelah pemaparan materi selesai, terdapat sesi tanya jawab dan terdapat beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan diantaranya yaitu (1) How japan implemented rules to make majority student to feel happy education? Japan membuat kurikulum terbaru dimana kurikulum tersebut mementingkan diskusi, problem solving, dan banyak free time untuk belajar mandiri (2) How major a success demanding policies to action and to discourse, what percentage to people happy? Kita tidak tahu apakah siswa itu senang atau tidak tetapi kami memperhatikan siswa tersebut jika siswa tersebut memikirkan diri mereka sendiri dan memvaluasikan perasaan senang itu (3) Bagaimana cara bertahan di suatu tempat yang kita tidak sukai tetapi harus kita jalani? Caranya adalah dengan melakukan semuanya dengan Open Heart agar tidak terbebani
