Jakarta – On Sunday, March 31, 2024, the Bachelor of Economics Education Program Class A at Jakarta State University held a Practitioner Teaching Project with the theme “Exploring Students’ Potentials for the Future of Education.” This event was aimed at all students of Jakarta State University. The event took the form of a webinar delivered by speakers followed by a Q&A session with participants. The Practitioner Teaching Project was conducted online via Zoom Meeting.
The event began with an opening by Anggraini Ramadhanti and Mutia Nurfadilla as the Master Of Ceremony (MC) at 10:00 AM WIB (Western Indonesian Time). It was followed by the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran Surah Al-Alaq verses 1-5 by Muhammad Faisal. Then, the national anthem Indonesia Raya was sung.
Next was the opening remarks by Mr. Aditya Pratama, SP.d., M.Pd, the lecturer of teaching planning course in the Bachelor of Economics Education Program. This was followed by remarks from Isnaeni Hanan as the Chief Executive. The next part of the event saw the Master Of Ceremony handing over the session to Lulu Mutia Yasmin as the moderator. Subsequently, the moderator facilitated the flow of the session led by Mrs. Ayuningtyas, S.Pd as the Speaker.
Ayuningtyas delivered a presentation titled “Students Have the Potential to Build a Brilliant Future in Education”. She discussed the potential that each individual student possesses their own uniqueness and talents. Therefore, the potential that students should have includes creativity and innovation, effective communication skills, critical thinking abilities, independence and courage, as well as self-directed learning skills. Ayuningtyas stated that students play a crucial role in realizing the vision of excellent education. With their potential, students have the power to become agents of change in the education system. Through active participation, critical thinking, innovation, and creativity, students can make significant contributions in overcoming challenges faced in achieving excellent education.
